This is the quintessential modern Marfa home. Built around 1900 and extensively renovated by designer Barbara Hill in 2005. As described in the 2006 New York Times article "The effect is of overwhelming serenity, as if everything is precisely where it should be". The location on the north side of the Courthouse square is ideal- just a few blocks from downtown yet out of the tourist foot traffic. The main home has vaulted ceilings over the open floorpan, with a kitchen designed for entertaining.
