MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - In a press release from the City of Midland confirms that Costco is coming to West Texas. The plan for the new retailer is to have a 174,000 sq. ft. facility that will create over 100 jobs. The city also says the plan is to start construction by next summer and be completed by the summer of 2026.
